Roman Maliszewski
A Princeton grad with deep Chicago roots, Roman founded Tapster in 2017 after a yearlong global journey and hands-on work with self-pour technology. His mission? To create a better bar experience – laid-back, flexible, and built for connection. Today, Roman still leads with curiosity, community, and a passion for empowering both guests and franchise partners.

Mike has spent over two decades helping brands scale through franchising. With a background in law and entrepreneurship, he brings big-picture thinking and tactical expertise to Tapster’s franchise strategy – guiding owners from launch to legacy.
